This is a multi week, trauma-informed brave space to develop the inner (and interpersonal) skills for becoming a multicultural, antiracist workplace or organization. Developed over 6 years with Daniel Hughes, and La Shanda Sugg, in partnership with The Hive, this approach has served thousands in building a body awareness of racialized trauma and the cultural humility to co-create an alternative future.
